Case Studies

The buildings in the case studies were inserted into the Energy Star building manager. This benchmarks their energy performance against similar buildings in the area based on sq. footage, and building type.

Recommendations

A set of recommendations will be given to the property manager group Towbes for each buliding that was audited in the pilot project. The current building performance will be analyzed and a set of options will be availble for the property manager to reduce energy use, water use, and a strategy for greener material procurement strategy.
