Little detailed information is publicly available about environmental health, safety (EHS) and product stewardship practices for organizations worldwide that either manufacture, handle or distribute nanomaterials. Consequently, we conducted a survey to gather this information and to analyze trends that could be significant to future policy development.

The Questionnaire developed and used in this survey is available as are the original Background Report and Final Report of the survey. The entire results of the Statistical Analyses of the survey findings, which is the basis of a forthcoming peer-reviewed publication, is also available.
