Durwood Zaelke is a founder and Co-Director of the GSD Program. He is director of INECE, the founder of the Center for International Environmental Law (CIEL), and the Managing Partner in the Washington office of Zelle, Hofmann, Voelbel, Mason & Getty. Matthew Stilwell is a founder and Managing Director of the GSD Program.
