MEETING OUTLINE
The first formal meeting of the Working Group will take place in November 2008 in China, and will focus on building links between California and a similarly situated Chinese province (or provinces) with the goal of building a network of trust among key players, improving mutual understanding of decision-making on climate and related policy-making and identifying practical opportunities to enhance cooperation.
