Arturo Keller External Advisors Bob Wilkinson Dr. Arturo Keller is Associate Professor of Biogeochemistry at the Bren School. He holds a joint appointment in Mechanical and Environmental Engineering at UCSB. His research and teaching interests focus on water quality management and the fate and transport of pollutants in the environment.   Dr. Robert C. Wilkinson is Director of the Water Policy Program at the Bren School of Environmental Science and Management at the University of California, Santa Barbara. His teaching, research, and consulting focus on water policy, climate change, and environmental policy issues. Dr. Wilkinson is also a Senior Fellow with the Rocky Mountain Institute.
