There are options in addition to the traditional recycling of
cans, glass, paper, and plastic!
Recycling bins are available around campus and in the Bren building.
The graduate kitchen (3rd floor) contains these fine receptacles for your use after eating-->
Bins can be found throughout the building and in many of the classrooms.
Bring old cell phones with adapters and batteries, if you have them, to be deposited in this box in the graduate kitchen. Cell phones can be donated to different programs some of which are listed below:

-The Wildlife Orphanage, Inc.
Ink cartridge and toner recycling can also be found in the kitchen... where'd you think it would be?!
We are able to raise money from recycling these!

On February 2nd, the Bren Students Sustainability Committee and the Geography
Sustainability Committee took a tour of the MarBorg Industries commercial
recycling facility located in Goleta. This facility is where all UCSB
recyclables get processed.
